TCR Vβ7.2 Antigen
TCR Vβ7.2 is also called TCRBV7S2. Vβ7 is a multimembered subfamily of the T cell receptor. Vβ7.2 is expressed by 0% (Vβ7.2 del. /Vβ7.2 del. haplotypes) to 5.5% (mean 1.5%) of peripheral CD3-positive lymphocytes in normal blood.
|Clone: ZIZOU4||Isotype: IgG2a Mouse|
|The ZIZOU4 antibody recognizes the human TCR Vβ7.2 allele product. A genetically determined insertion/ deletion-related polymorphism of the TCRB locus, including the functional Vβ7.2 variable gene segment, has been described. Thus, the expression of the Vβ7.2 allele product may not be expressed in some individuals (Vβ7.2 deleted/Vβ7.2 deleted haplotypes).|
