What happens if we need to make changes to our product specifications?
If you need to add/change a fluorochrome or antibody in the panel, or alter your delivery schedule, we'll need to amend your contract and possibly renegotiate pricing terms. Requests to increase the concentration of an existing marker in the panel will invariably require a contract amendment and an increase in price for the reconfigured product (after terms of any current contract have been met).
