Calibration Service Detail
All instruments sent in for depot service must have an RMA number & signed proof of instrument decontamination form.  
Do not ship instruments prior to receiving your RMA number, decontamination document & shipping instructions. Instruments received without assigned RMA and Decontamination form will be returned without service.  
Pricing includes ISO/NIST calibration, certificate with ‘Before/After’ tolerance data (where applicable) & two-day courtesy return shipping.
Service Selection




*Full ISO 21501-4 calibration includes counting efficiency & resolution.  Charge shown is in addition to primary calibration selection. Available on MET ONE models: 3413, 3415, 3423, 3425 & 6000/7000 series.


*As-Received Data is only available on HIAC Liquid PSL, PODS & 8011+ equipment.


*Deposit required. Please provide details of problem in detail notes below. Repair estimate will be provided after evaluation for authorization and payment method.
For Repair Other/Eval Fee: a deposit is required to reserve an evaluation.  Once evaluated, an estimate for the cost of actual repairs will be issued for authorization before any work is completed. If repair estimate is rejected, the evaluation fee will be invoiced and the instrument returned as is. Services are invoiced after the maintenance is complete and the instrument has been returned.

Service Priority Selections
Total cost based on Calibration and Service Priority selections. Accepted forms of payment include credit card and NET-30 purchase order. Payment will be taken and processed as part of the RMA issue process. For credit card payments please call 541-472-6594. Do not email credit card information.
