TCR Vβ9 Antigen
TCR Vβ9 is also called TCRBV9S1. Vβ9 is the human variable β9 chain of the T cell receptor. There is only one functional member of this T cell receptor subfamily (IGRb20 sequence, identical to sequence PL2.6). It is expressed by 1.6% to 3.2% of peripheral CD3+ cells in normal blood. This sequence is also referred to as TRBV3-1 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature).

|The APO2.7 antibody can be used for the direct quantitation of apoptotic cells by flow cytometry, after permeabilization with digitonin. Use of APO2.7 allows for precise monitoring of the early and late cellular responses during apoptosis.|
